2. Replacement & Fair Refund Policy
Every order is inspected and hand-packaged with care. In accordance with e-commerce consumer guidelines:
- Transit Damage & Defects: If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours for immediate replacement or full refund.
- Direct Source Refunds: Approved refunds are processed via authorized payment gateways directly back to your source account within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Parcels are dispatched promptly from Kozhikode, Kerala via India Post Speed Post with live tracking:
- Inside Kerala: ₹65 for orders containing Shades (protective eyewear packaging); ₹55 for other products.
- Outside Kerala: ₹95 flat pan-India delivery.
